Bank statement analyzer — FAQs
Analyzer or analyser, USA or UK — quick answers.
Is this a bank statement analyzer or a bank statement analyser?
Both — analyzer is the American spelling, analyser the British spelling. Same free tool, same results, for the USA, UK and beyond.
Is the bank statement analyzer really free?
Yes. Statements up to 500 pages convert and analyze free with no signup and no card. Paid tiers (Starter $15/month and up) exist only for larger files and higher monthly page quotas.
Which bank statements are supported?
Statements from major US banks such as Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi and Capital One, plus any statement that uses a Date + Debit/Credit or Date + Amount table — including scanned PDFs via OCR.
What is the difference between the Analyzer and the Converter?
The Analyzer extracts income, cash-flow, EMI, risk and fraud signals with charts and an Excel report. The Converter turns the statement table into clean Excel/CSV preserving your bank’s original columns.
Do you store my bank statements?
No. Uploads and generated files are deleted automatically after 24 hours, password-protected PDFs are unlocked in memory only, and the free tier needs no account at all.
How accurate are the results?
Every conversion must reconcile — opening balance plus transactions must equal the closing balance — otherwise you get a clear error instead of a wrong number. AI review (Muse Spark) double-checks hard files.
